Denmark Trip - April School Holidays

Nice to have a few days away down south at a bush chalet just out of Denmark...
We wanted to visit the Tree Top Walk in the Valley of the Giants near Walpole about 50 kilometres away and decided to do it before the forecast rain arrived...It was quite an adventure to walk in the rain and among those ancient giant Tingle Trees.

The Alpaca Farm was a fun place to visit and you were provided with paper bags of feed. There were lots of animals many unusual to see, especially on a small farm in the southwest of Western Australia.

It was fun making sand castles at Emu Point in Albany and near the Surf Club in
Denmark as well as climbing the rocks at William Bay, Madfish Bay, Elephant Rocks and Green Pool.

It's nice to be home though - the beds there were a bit hard and it's nice to catch up on our sleep. See some of our pictures in the Photo Gallery.

Digital Education - "Pay Attention" Video Clip

Check out this video and the messages about the kids of today and their future...what are the implications for primary schools and what are you doing about it in your classroom or school...?

United Racing - First Race This Weekend....

Our Commodore V8 Supercar is ready to race again....after about 2 years the boys have got it all together again and the car is ready to go.

Only this time it has a Chev V8 instead of the Perkins Holden V8 and a 6 speed box in place of the 5 speed. There is now a Motec Digital Dash as well and all the monitoring that goes with it, although we did have engine management previously.
